Perry is a halfway point between our house and our grandchildren. This is made a wonderful experience being able to stop in a clean, comfortable hotel and be able to spend the night to break up the trip. Management was astounding. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. I would give it more than five stars if the app would let me. We will definitely be staying here again!

The Royal Inn is an older property that is well maintained and very clean. The bathroom was modernized, the bedroom spacious ,and the management very friendly and helpful. A very comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Water was brown coming out for awhile. Hester cycled loud, louvered windows let in lots of air. Even with the extra blanket and heater going, I was cold.

The room was very clean, hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Bed was very comfortable. The only downside, which isn't the hotel's fault, is the traffic on the main road. Bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast isn't included but there is a nice restaurant just down the road, Huddle House.

Clean room and fast check in. However, it was unusually cold for Florida, and our room was extremely cold because the individual heating unit had not been turned on. It took quite a while to warm up, and we left the bathroom door closed. When we went in the bathroom, it was frigid because there is no heat in the bathroom. Unless you leave the door open. The heater was extremely loud, and I ended up with a headache from the noise. I am sure this does not happen often, but if it is cold, I would not stay here.

This Motel was EXCELLENT!! Clean, very updated and modern! Lots of room, comfy bed, great bathroom! The parking lot was so nice and clean. The owner was awesome! Helpful, friendly and very engaging. A MUST STAY!!!

We do a lot of traveling staying at many motels. This was a cheap motel and also the nicest motel that we have stayed at. I have paid up to $175 a night for the room. This was a cheap room the owners were very nice and friendly the room was very clean it was just a very nice day. You could either traffic but we turned on the air conditioner and we could not hear the traffic no more. Definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed
