The Darlington House was a wonderful place to stay while visiting Myrtle Beach for a few days. It’s quaint and clean with a great location. The family that owns the hotel takes great pride in it and went above a beyond accommodating an early check in and even allowing us to borrow a beach umbrella! We will definitely be back.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was a bit dated, but clean. The pool was nice as well and staff offered us poolside games/ rafts/ beach toys to borrow. It was great being so close to the beach and enjoying the view from the balcony. Only downside was no elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us. Great family owned place! Would definitely come back in the future

Wonderful stay! Both of the front desk administrators were very kind and extremely friendly. Our room was very clean and had a great view. A little loud when motorcycles or cars played loud music, but it's summertime and expected...otherwise very pleasant. Great location, very walkable, safe parking, and an overall great stay. This little hotel was unexpected and just what I needed. I knew from the photographs that it was an older property but I was booking last minute so I didn’t have a lot of choices. It isn’t fancy but has an adorable classic vibe that totally makes up for that. It is very clean and you can’t beat the location. I felt safe staying alone with my 2 kids. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.
