we had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially thanks to its excellent location. It’s situated in a quiet area while still being very close to the city center, with plenty of cool spots, cafes, and attractions nearby. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. the only downside was it could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the room was not properly dusted even when we first checked in. Throughout our stay, the cleaning service did not meet expectations, and the cleaning staff were not particularly responsive or helpful

The hotel is in a quieter area of Amsterdam but close enough to walk to major attractions. A grocery store (Lidl) is just across the street, on the opposite corner, and many great restaurants are close by. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Easy check in/check out and friendly staff. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want a more comfortable and quieter stay.
