As many others have said, the beds are uncomfortable. The pool looks clean, but left our swimsuits smelling badly. The beach has a lot of waves and a riptide, so not the best for swimming. However, there are plenty of activities and the evening staff was helpful with those. Plenty of good restauraunts and walking to Manuel Antonio Park. Parking in front of reception desk made us feel more confident.

I do love this place. But be carefull with the room next to the reservation/front desk area. Because you can hear everything that is happennig on front desk. The beeping of bellring from people asking to open the beach door is way to anoying. But the rest of all is excellent

There was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. Staff were friendly. There was a dehumidifier in the bathroom and after showering the bathroom was dry in about an hour!! I’ve never seen that before in a humid climate. It was odd that there were no hand towels, but that’s my only suggestion. We would absolutely stay there again.

I loved this hotel! It is an older property right on the beach with beautiful pool. Perfectly situated for parks, recreation and walking distance to restaurants. It has an on site restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. It's not fancy but it's clean, comfortable and the room a.c. works great! Everyone does get up kinda early to watch the wildlife surrounding the hotel so if you like to sleep late forget about that....for me was perfect! No need to set actual alarms!! And you will see monkeys, macaws and the occasional sloth!! Saw more animals while hanging out at the hotel than some of the parks!! Highly recommend for the low maintenence traveller!!

A small basic room with no TV, or safe, but they did have a lock box if you have a lock. The staff were all nice and it’s perfect for families with young kids. They love the pool. The proximity to the beach was great!

Location location location. Really can't beat it. The staff friendliness was pretty good, cleanliness was ok. The room was definitely not what I am used but it was a place to sleep and I knew what I was signing up for to get that location. We really loved being welcomed by capuchin monkeys by the pool. They visited everyday that we were there. Typically in the afternoon. They were super fun to watch. I recommend Dantes watersports for surf lessons or using them just for "beach days" which includes lounge chairs and umbrella, water, pineapple,boogie boards and games. They were really great and the beach days are $25 per person. Not only can you walk straight to the beach from the pool area but you can also walk to restaurants down the street. There is also one on property for breakfast and lunch, closed Wednesdays. All the restaurants we went to added the 13% tourist tax PLUS 10% tip. They give no customer service since they know they are getting that anyway but still get upset if you don't add to it. I Tip big if I get stellar cust service. I did not get that anywhere in Manuel Antonio

Fabulous location with excellent access directly to the beach. Very helpful staff. Loved that even after checking out you still could use parking, a hot shower, bathrooms, the pool, and the beach. Would absolutely stay there again!

Room was good size, had a fridge. Air conditioning worked well. Not good water pressure and water could have been warmer. We enjoyed it here. Monkeys came into the lobby and pool area in the morning it was great.

This property is walkable distance to the entry to the big national park. It’s not their fault, and at night, at four in the morning, there were howler monkeys, making little growling sounds. We had the loft apartment which is above the reception area with a spiral staircase, its own kitchenette, a fair amount of room. Felt safe, had beach access.

La ubicación es prime, sin embargo las facilidades, mantenimiento, la ropa de cama, y cortinas son viejas, falta de un buen mantenimiento y/o renovación. Definitivamente no me vuelvo a quedar aquí pero solo para que el visitante sepa, es como un motel con nombre de Hotel. Not good
