Nice, quaint, family-owned business. Rooms have everything you need, AC works great which helps with that Isla humidity. Located in the middle of town next to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and most important the beach! All within short walking distance. Make sure to go Al Natural for the best Al Pastor tacos you will ever have and stop into the market down the street for authentic food stalls and refreshing juices. The wifi was a little spotty but I wasn't in my room for most of my stay. I also had a small leak in my bathroom ceiling above the sink. They were able to fix the next day and were willing to move me if it didn't get better. I would definitely stay here again.

Cute hotel .. advertised as adults only, but we did see some kids for a couple of days, but they weren't a bother. The only issue we had was that we had the smallest room on the top floor. We are older and requested a room on lower floors on the front end of the hotel close to where four of our other friends had rooms and were told they didn't have them. We saw several folks come in after, some alone and they got rooms with two double beds while we had one double bed in a cramped room. Other than that it was fine. The sheets were clean, but the foam on the mattress could have been replaced and the floor under the bed could have been cleaned more often. We were told it had an ocean view, which it did if you sat out on a really SMALL balcony and you barely got to see the ocean past the seawall. THe owners and the family that ran the place lived on the premises and were pleasant enough. If I had to go back, I would request another room.

Excellent location older hotel, excellent owner, Jerry. Good place to sleep shower and get cleaned up, needs a little more amenities, like towels and utensils for the kitchenette. Everything worked..ice cold air-conditioning ceiling fan for those hot humid days. We had a view, could see the ocean from the balcony. Would stay here again

Everything was fantastic! Family is super accommodating...had a slight problem with shower, but they fixed it immediately...clean, cold AC...beds Ok...perfect location for getting around the island. Will definitely reccommend this very cost effective hotel to friends!! Nothing fancy, but worth every peso!!! Gracias Geraldo!!

Excellent place in a very good location within Isla Mujeres. All of the touristy areas are within walking distance, and if you want to rent a golf cart, you can do that within walking distance as well. The room was spacious and included everything we needed.

Sucio, apestoso.

Sucio, viejo, camas incómodas, lleno de zancudos, mal olor impregnado en las camas, sábanas y cuartos. Los baños son lo peor, hasta después de que te lavas las manos sale mal olor del lavadero. El personal es atento, pero eso no cambia la apestosa y pésima situación del hotel. Me sentí engañada por el puntaje que tiene, pues no lo merecen para nada, no nos cambiamos de lugar porque ese día hubo lluvia fuerte y tormenta y estaba con mi mamá y mi abuelita que tenían miedo y no quisieron salir, estaban muy incómodas, no pudieron dormir por el mal estado de las camas y el mal olor, así que nos fuimos día siguiente a un hotel con casi el mismo puntaje y menos precio pero mil veces más limpio, cómodo y céntrico y nos quedamos 4 noches ahí. De verdad que este lugar no llega ni a 2 puntos, por el tipo de infraestructura.

No volvería nunca: sucio, mal olor, viejo.

El personal es amable; sin embargo, la infraestructura es pésima. Nos dieron la habitación 216 y 211, si mal no recuerdo, y las habitaciones tenían un mal olor cuando entrabas como una combinación de viejo, húmedo y olor de desague. Luego descubrí que parte del olor venía del baño, el inodoro estaba malogrado y no se jalaba bien la llave, no había agua caliente y ese día había tirmenta y hacía frío, cuando abrí la ducha y el agua fue pasando por el desague comenzaba a salir un pésimo olor. La cabecera de la cama estaba oxidada y sucia, llena de polvo, la parte de abajo del colchón que era como otro colchón estaba toda sucia y con manchas, teníamos refri pero olía mal y no lo usamos. Las camas superincomodas al igual que las almohadas. Una de mis almohadas olía mal, y en los cajones de la mesa de noche habían papeles y hasta un chicle, supongo del huésped anterior. En fin no valía para nada el precio, pues al día siguiente me mude a otro hotel millón de veces mejor y más limpio por casi 10 dólares menos. No entiendo cómo puede tener este puntaje o comentarios a menos de que sean falsos, porque siempre elijo hoteles de precio y puntaje similar y nunca me había tocado algo parecido a eate hotel, que ni siquiera debe llamarse hotel, es como una posada, pero muy sucia. La otra explicación puede ser de que como los que atienden son super amables, da pena decirles lo mal que está el establecimiento, pero de verdad que la infraestructura es pésima.

My stay at the Hotel

The Hotel was very cheap, so from that point of view I didn’t expect to much from it. You get what you pay for, and this was true for this Hotel as well, but I guess I’n a positive manner. The Hotel was walking distance from the harbour where the ferry’s departure from, and also a short walking distance from the north beach, which is fantastic. So all in all I am pleased :)
