This was our first holiday as a new family, so it meant a lot to us.
I tried contacting Palazzo Versace several times through various channels — phone, Hotels.com, email and WhatsApp — but I received no reassurance regarding whether a baby cot would be available in our room. The lack of response caused a great deal of unnecessary stress.
For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a much higher level of communication and customer service. Not replying at all is disappointing and does not reflect the standard I anticipated.
In the room the lights kept flickering off and on by themselves. Very creepy!
