The location and breakfast are excellent. Beds are comfortable, with 2 sets of pillows. They also offer coffee and tea during most of the day in the lobby, and 1 litre of water per person per day.
We had a challenge with the heating - the first room we got (512), on 5th floor, had a broken AC. The room temperature was 21 degrees Celsius (in winter), so we reported it the first night. Long story short, for 2 days, the receptionist & maintenance were convincing us that all is okay in the central system and ignored the actual room temperature. We got the other room on the 2nd floor later, which had a working AC, where the WiFi was working much better (still not perfect) and there was no mold on the ceiling above the shower. I guess that there is some room for improvement on the topic of managing guests complaints and setting expectations of the timing and resolution of the issue.
