Great Location

The motel has a great location, close to town but not in the thick of things. The pool is fantastic. It was a pleasure to sit poolside, relaxing, and enjoying the lovely setting. The owners are very welcoming and made sure our stay was memorable. This was my second time staying at the motel. I recommend it to everyone.

The Suburban Motel was very clean, quiet and close to town. The room was a bit small for a queen bed and would not be suitable for larger folks. The outside chairs needed some cleaning...the steps to room 108 are substantially slanted and somewhat dangerous expecially for seniors. With the exceptions of some ants on walls, bed and bathroom floor the motel was comfortable. Would stay again without the ants.

I love staying here on my yearly trip to the Stratford Festival. The owners are knowledgeable about the plays and share insights of the performances. Their hotel is clean, very comfortable and welcoming.

Everything was amazing. The room was clean and bright, the staff were helpful, and we were close ti the theatres we needed. The only thing that I'd say that I didn't love was the noisy furnace/vent/whatever. I had earplugs and the problem was solved, so it wasn't a big deal. If you're a light sleeper like I am, bring ear plugs in case. Otherwise, this place was a gem and we will definitely be back!

/The motel was perfect for our stay in Stratford. Amenities were just right but there was no shower mat for the bathroom floor. That's my only disappointment of Suburban Hotel! The owners/staff were very helpful and efficient. We will stay again!!
