I received a message from the property owner that check-in was only available between 4 PM and 7 PM. Unfortunately, this posed a challenge for me, as I had a business dinner scheduled for 7:30 PM. Additionally, the property’s listing mentioned a complimentary shuttle service available 24/7, which I later found was not the case. As a result, I had to arrange for an Uber at my own expense. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I believe it could be improved for future guests. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Beautiful old farm house. One bathroom to share for the guests, so we tried to be mindful of the time we spent in the bathroom. We weren’t able to use the pool because we got in late and left early. Breakfast was nice, fruit, coffee, toast, meat/cheese. Overall, very nice experience!

Kyseessä on perhehotelli tai oikeammin B&B, joka pitää hyvää huolta tilojen kunnosta ja siisteydestä. Tämä on loistava valinta, jos joku etsii rauhallista paikkaa, jossa voi levätä ja olla omissa oloissaan. Huoneiden määrä on paikassa ehkä noin 6, joten on kyse pienestä paikasta. En ole nukkunut vuosiin niin hyvin kuin tässä paikassa. Huoneessa oli iso sänky, kaappi ja divaani, mutta ei esim. televisiota eikä minibaaria. Yhteinen kylpyhuone on käytävällä. Se on siisti ja oli aina vapaa, kun tarvitsin sitä. Ota huomioon, että Maltalla on erilainen sähköpistoke kuin Suomessa. Sovittimen saa kuitenkin hotellilta. Hotelli on lähellä lentoasemaa vain kahden bussipysäkin (nro 119, pysäkki Paci) kanssa, mutta lentomelu ei tunnu eikä kuulu. Paikka ei ole minkään taajaman keskustassa, vaan vähän ikään kuin maaseudulla villikaktuksien ympäröimä. Sinne pääsee bussilla, taksilla, Boltilla ja maltalaisella E-cabs-taksilla. Lähin merenranta on parin kilometrin päässä Pretty Bay'ssä. Siellä on ravintolapalvelujakin. Perhe, joka pitää hotellia, on mukava, ja sosiaalinen. Erakoille tämä paikka ei ole sopiva, sillä perhe juttelee ja kyselee kuulumisia, joka voi häiritä tuppisuita. Se on kuitenkin maan tapa. Suosittelen paikkaa lämpimästi kun ottaa huomioon paikan ominaisuudet.

Maison d'hôtes proche de l'aéroport

Maison d'hôtes agréable au calme avec piscine et transats pour se reposer. Hote très gentille, se soucie de notre bien-être et ouverte à la discussion (nous aurions aimé mieux parler anglais pour échanger plus facilement). L'entrée se fait par la cuisine des hôtes pour accéder aux chambres. Frigo dehors disponible et places de parking devant l'hébergement. Nous avions la chambre avec une petite sdb privée. Il manquerait juste quelques crochets pour accrocher les serviettes mais c'est un détail. Climatisation gratuite dans la chambre bien agréable. L'établissement se trouve derrière un camp militaire et un centre d'hébergement pour migrants mais nous n'avons pas été dérangé. Proximité pratique avec l'aéroport à 5 mn sans être trop dérangé par le bruit. Il faut impérativement une voiture pour sortir manger car rien aux alentours à pied.

This was honestly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Filled with Old World charm. It’s a true bed & breakfast in a family estate of multiple generations led by a matriarch who runs the show. You sit and have breakfast with several of them when they’re visiting, it’s remarkable - the bubbly grandson, his brilliant mother who is a local tour guide, and the elderly parents. The gardener/pool guy and maid also display have deep affection for the family and the home. There are orange, lemon, and olive trees. The olive oil is from the trees you see from the mansion windows. The pool is cleaned constantly and also charming. The room itself was perfect. I had a desk, which was really helpful as I had to work throughout my stay, the bed was comfortable, and the AC got so cold even in the heat wave that I had to turn it off! The bathroom was clean and had everything I needed. Parking was no issue. I am surprised this place isn’t on AirBnB. It would win awards. It’s perfect for people who want a personalized experience over a stuffy concierged stay. It’s not a traditional hotel. It’s a gorgeous mansion of which you rent a room. There is total privacy (each room has its own keys of course) and the upstairs floor that hosts the guests is in a separate portion of the house from where the owners stay downstairs. The bad reviews seem geopolitical (UK colonized Malta) and irrelevant to your stay. This is a magical, dreamy, stunning place to stay with the kindest, funniest family.

Man er tæt på familien som er utrolig venlige og imødekommende. Værelset jeg havde bød ikke på så meget og manglende blandt andet et bord, men WiFi kvaliteten var til gengæld fin. Der er fælles badeværelse på gangen så det skal man lige gøre op med sig selv om man kan acceptere. Lækker swimmingpool og gratis parkering.

Super séjour

La propriétaire et son mari sont plus qu'adorable, le petit-déjeuner et super elle vous propose même des choses en plus si elle est en train de cuisine ( ex: melon, salade de fruits qui n était pas prévu à la base sur la table du déjeuner). La piscine et l'extérieur de la maison est superbe en plus l'habitation est au calme c'est très agréable. Je recommande vivement car je n'ai jamais eu des propriétaire aussi avenant elle vous explique tout les bons coins à aller voir et à quel moment. Et le soir vous pouvez aussi rester tranquille à la propriété pour manger elle vous propose même du vin quand ils font l'apéro alors que cela n'est pas prévu à la base. Enfin voilà j ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement cette location.

Pension de famille super sympa ; un petit bémol quant à l’Accès qui est un peu difficile à trouver car pas bien indiqué. Au niveau de la route d’accès il y a des migrants un peu partout car leur camp d’algécos est situé juste en face. Pas forcément accueillant même si il n’y a pas d’agressivité.

Wer eine ruhige und familiäre Unterkunft sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und grosszügige Gastgeber! Keine Hotel- sondern eher Gastfamilie-Atmosphäre. Mein Zimmer war einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet, das ich mittels AC etwas aufheizen konnte. Im Winter lohnt es sich, einen dicken Pullover dabei zu haben, da die Häuser eher kühl sind. Das B&B ist ländlich gelegen, jedoch gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar - von der Busstation sind es etwa 4 min zu Fuss. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Conforme a mon attente sauf sur la salle de bain qui était commune alors que dans l'annonce elle était privée. J'ai fait la réservation de 2 chambres pour cet hôtel et a notre arrivée une seule était réservée. Comme il n'y avait plus de place la propriétaire a emmené mon amie dans un autre établissement (voiture + distance). La propriétaire nous a dit que c'était de la faute d'expédia (nous ne le saurons jamais). Mon amie a payé le même prix pour une prestation sans piscine et sans petit déjeuner (on lui demandait 8€ pour le petit dej alors qu'elle avait déjà payé à la réservation), je ne trouve pas cela normal. Sans compter que c'était notre dernière soirée sur Malte et qu'on aurait bien voulut la passer ensemble.
