This was such a neat place to stay! Cool historic buildings with large and fully modern hotel rooms inside. Good breakfast and free cookies in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to campus and late-night food options. They have one parking spot with a Tesla Destination charger so I got a free overnight charge for my electric car. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bloomington!

The room was perfect for what I needed, the staff were amazing and friendly, the breakfast has multiple options including a prepared option that changes daily. Parking was plenty. This is perfectly located for Bloomington and the heart of IU campus. I enjoy every time I stay, love the tea bar and the afternoon delectable snacks, (all amazing, especially the cookies).

Adorable Bed and Breakfast right next to campus! Walk to everything. Breakfast was a great spread and yummy. Coffee, cookies and water always available. Looking forward to my stay this Fall!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had come in for a wedding and they helped us will places to eat, recommended a walk of the Indiana University campus which was great. The breakfasts in the morning were substantial, tasty, and wonderful. The eggs were real...not powdered. The bacon was crisp. The potato cheese casserole was to die for. Plus FRESH fruit for the oatmeal or yogurt. Other family in Bloomington for the wedding were jealous when they found out we were staying there. (Even the local residents) LOL This will be our go to place to stay from now on.
