The room was large and I loved that it had a walk-in shower. I also liked that the coffee pot in the room used kcups and decaf was offered.
The room and public areas were vary clean and welcoming.
The pool showed some wear, the bottom had areas thatlooked as if some paint had been peeled off or faded a great deal. That being said, the temperature of the water in the pool was great, no freezing when walking in if you are dry. The hot tub was wonderful! It was the perfect temp and the jets were nice without being overpowering.
There was only one real negative about the hotel, and that is that I could hear the person or people in the room walking above me. They woke me up at 3am because they were walking back and forth across the room and it sounded like my ceiling (their floor) was about to splinter underneath them.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, but also suggest requesting a floor on an upper room.
