Sharon and Rich were amazing, the establishment had a family feel. Breakfast was awesome, everyday was a different chef specialty from chef ( Rich ) . Just a 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. They also have bikes, coolers, beach umbrellas chairs, beach wagons that make easy for everyone’s comfort.

Amazing stay - hosts were so nice and the breakfast was out of this world! Amenities were modern and cozy - barely missed home at all. Will definitely look to stay here again when we visit VA Beach.

It was absolutely amazing! A beautiful home the couple welcomed me into their home. It was absolutely lovely. Breakfast was a chef kiss!! Clean and comfortable. Bike are available for a bike ride on the Broadwalk

From the gourmet breakfasts to the pantry with fridge and all the essentials (plates/silver/mugs/glasses) for in-room dining to the arrangement of breakfast tables for friendly chatter to the kindly advice on where to eat/visit/shop/sunbathe to the balconies for morning coffee to the bicycles and beach gear--all welcoming and wonderful. Even the shared bath for two of the five BRs was thoughtfully conceived, with a whiteboard shower signup for travelers who needed to be ready to go somewhere at a specific time.

Very clean, not great communication about the shared bathroom. King bed was actually two singles put together and shorter than standard. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts are very nice and welcoming.

This was a very intimate stay. My wife and I enjoyed the interesting conversations that we had with the owners and other guests during the morning breakfasts. Rich and Sharon (the owners) were fabulous. The breakfasts were beyond our expectations. They were more like what you would see at a 5 star restaurant. The location is only 3 blocks from the oceanfront, which was very convenient. Parking can be expensive in the area, so having a place to park was great! The rooms were well kept. The bathroom was spacious, although it was down the hallway. That can be a challenge if you are someone who has to make 'bathroom trips' in the middle of the night. All in all , it was a great time.

We went to Virginia Beach for a graduation and stayed three nights. Rich and Sharon went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was perfect and sitting on the porch was relaxing. Rich's breakfasts were amazing! He clearly enjoys whipping up creative and yummy dishes. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful, spotless house on a truly quiet street. The owners/hosts are taking great care of the house and all their guests individually. Their talents come through in abundance, including great communication and professional consistency. The home and the yard are extraordinary tastefully decorated, while remaining practical. A special treat here is a carefully prepared tasty breakfast you would expect only in some high-end restaurants. The owner is a talented humble chef. We highly recommend this property. What a wonderful experience we’ve had!
