This cottage hotel was truly the bomb dot com, and its a 5 min walk to the beach. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE.SUPER DUPER COZY. U WILL LOVE IT AND THE PARKING IS FREE. Parking down at VA is VERY EXPENSIVE

This b&b is adorable, it looks like it belongs somewhere in a storybook seaside town. The bed was clean and comfortable, the owners served amazing, 4-star breakfast daily, and were supremely helpful and friendly during our stay. My best friend and I were utterly charmed by their hospitality and the friendliness of their kitty, Fiona. I cannot recommend them enough!

This was a very intimate stay. My wife and I enjoyed the interesting conversations that we had with the owners and other guests during the morning breakfasts. Rich and Sharon (the owners) were fabulous. The breakfasts were beyond our expectations. They were more like what you would see at a 5 star restaurant. The location is only 3 blocks from the oceanfront, which was very convenient. Parking can be expensive in the area, so having a place to park was great! The rooms were well kept. The bathroom was spacious, although it was down the hallway. That can be a challenge if you are someone who has to make 'bathroom trips' in the middle of the night. All in all , it was a great time.

Sharon and Rich were amazing, the establishment had a family feel. Breakfast was awesome, everyday was a different chef specialty from chef ( Rich ) . Just a 3 min walk to the beach and restaurants. They also have bikes, coolers, beach umbrellas chairs, beach wagons that make easy for everyone’s comfort.
