Disgusted

I was upset that they allowed vaping in the inside waterpark and the dolphins swimming pools. They allowed open alcoholic beverages in the hot tub. You had drunk parents not watching their little ones.

Clean, friendly and comfortable

Amazing customer service. It was very clean and Waterpark was in great shape. Only thing is the beds are rather hard but that is the only complaint i can come up with and it really is not a complaint.

Well maintained

The hotel was super clean and the indoor pool areas were perfect for kids, especially young ones. The property seems well maintained and staff was nice. My only 2 complaints would be that the hallways smelled terrible of pot. We unfortunately booked our vacation the same weekend as automotion, so I'm not sure if it was from that or if it always has that problem. Our other complaint is the beds were horrible and we both woke up with bad back pain both mornings we were there. But, all in all the place was well maintained and our young kids loved the indoor pools. I do wish they had offered breakfast, but wasn't a deal breaker.

Big Cheif is on the 3rd floor.

The entire 3rd floor from Friday around 5pm til we left Sunday smelled like a Grateful Dead concert. Pretty sad in which looked like all families were put on the 3rd floor.

Nice hotel- not the greatest experience for us

My 6 year old had a blast at this hotel! Loved both of the pools- I was very happy with the hotel itself overall however front desk was not the friendliest when checking in. My biggest complaint was how thin the walls are.. from 2 am to 4 am our neighbors were fighting and woke my family up then they decided to “make up” so that was wonderful to listen to- I know this is completely out of the hotels control just stating my experience.
