We did not even stay and the hotel has refused to refund the money. There was a disagreement over what "pet friendly" meant and instead of working with us the manager became rude and hostile with a man because he didn’t have his hearing aids in and did not understand what was being said. The manager was so rude that his desk clerk was almost in tears and kept apologizing for the treatment. The traveler was a man who just retired from 21 years in the Army and was traveling to get home to his family across the US. He wears those hearing aids thanks to his tours in Iraq. He deserved at the the respect of being treated decently. HE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO THE DAY'S INN AND BOTH HE, AND THE PETS, WERE WELCOMED.

Room reserved was not available and I had reserved for my son under his name and they wouldn’t give him the room that was available since it was my hotels.com. Charged for room we never received! Desk workers were rude! After 3 calls to hotels.com and finally requested a supervisor they did refund our money. Place was also very run down and dirty, would not recommend!!

This is probably the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. We used it once and it was bad. Booked on accident a second time driving across the country and the second time was even worse. Dirty, everything broken. We walked i to the room and there were dresser drawers full of someones personal belongings and it looked like someone was living there. We had to chase down the managers because the phone in the room didnt work. He apologized and said the maid must not have cleaned the room and put us across the hall and we opened the refrigerator and it smelled like a dead body. Went back up front because again the phone didnt work in room to the front desk. Then he asked in a snide way, what do you want, should i give you a refund or should we try another room. I explained that it was late and the room was non refundable as it was bookrf through third party and then he put me in a 3rd room. And there was no hot water. After running for 10 minutes it finally warmed up to lukewarm. Breakfast was terrible and when we checked out they didnt even apologize for the inconveniences. DO NOT GO HERE

When we arrived, I asked for a bathroom to use. It's broken. Asked if the pool and hot tub are running, It's broken. Front desk asked if I wanted the two (2) reservations joined and paid, I agreed to have the charges done. Upon the second reservation, which extended our stay, housekeeping tried to enter the room when the 1st reservation ended and ordered us out of the room. We declined and the manager was called to see why we weren't leaving. After we explained and had housekeeping try to enter the room 4 times, the situation was cleared. But only after embarrassing us to the whole hotel as housekeeping made the situation aware to everyone. Other patrons run up and down halls all hours of night. We did not sleep well, and neither did our dog that we paid 25.00 extra per night. The back door is propped open for the ladies of the night to come visit other patrons. Hotel is across from a truck stop. Management does not enforce any reasonable rules for the protection of the guests. I had to fix the "U" shaped door lock in order to have a small sense of security while sleeping. The shower head trickled water out. After removal I found excessive thread tape in the opening. Once I removed excessive tape the shower worked. If you want towels you'll need to ask for them....And they do not have a surplus. You will have to turn yours in and pick up later when the washing is done. Breakfast is waffles and instant oatmeal, if that suits your needs. Recommend stay somewhere else.

Bed sheet had a tear in it. Lamp shade was decrepit. No hot breakfast the first morning. Window curtain had many worn spots in it.

Zero stars. Everything was disgusting. Sink didn’t drain, had to take the lid off the toilet in order to flush it. Bathroom door handle not attached. Stained shower curtains, lamp shades, and comforters. Fridge smelled as if it housed unalive things for years on end. Slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. Only stayed as it was very late, we had a dog with us, and prepaid on Expedia. Charged me a pet deposit, when it’s clear my dog was the most desirable guest they’d had in a long time.
