First room was a king room that we had to transfer from due to the heavy smell of smoking and once in the second room we found the mini fridge didn’t work, both live and dead roaches in the room, the bath towels look like they had not been washed in months and the bed covers had a smell.

Neve again

Both rooms weren't ready when we arrived (4:45pm). The one room was barely ready with the housekeeping man still sweeping the floor and a quick spray of something. We waited in the one room for an hour for the other to be available and it never was before we left approximately at 6:00pm. The one we were waiting in 3 of the 4 lamps, the tv and a/c didn't work. Went to the front desk to let them know and all they told me was that they were full and that they could refund our money which we had paid in cash. I had also called at 9:00 that morning and told a lady that we were paying cash and not to run the card and they assured me that that would not happen but it did at 2:13pm.We waited until 6:00 for the other room to be ready and it wasn't. So we got a refund and went across the street and got two rooms. We have never had any issues with this hotel because we stayed there frequently twice a year, never again. The hotel across the street said they already had eight or nine people coming from this particular location in the last 2 days to get rooms over there.

The property was so rude to me, and overcharged me when I was told that I was getting a certain amount off. I needed an emergency hotel and I will never stay there again. My room was dirty, there was a dirty cleaning towel in my room, the bed sheets clearly hadn’t been washed, the towels smelled like body Oder, and there was what looked like mold in my room. Very unhappy.

Was a nice hotel for the price. It was beside the road which was convenient but kind of loud but the hotel was comfortable and clean and budget friendly. I enjoyed the property and will be back. Its also not so busy so you domt have to deal with a whole lot of people which is a huge perk!

No breakfast for my kids poor staff watching everything you was ready to pay and they kicked my son out with all of our belongings I feel that was wrong the night staff was ok but the manger was not I should get a full refund for this
