When we walked in, there were two dead cockaroaches in the bathroom. The bathroom door was broken like someone had kicked it from the inside. At least two towels had holes. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was broken off leavimg exposed glue only with no hook. One bed had stained yellow sheets. We stayed 3 nights. When we went to request cleaning service in the evening, there was no one at the front dest or anyone to answer the bell for 15 minutes. We finally left and returned with our own broom and dust pan. We did get service the next day but did not replenish thw towels.

The lady at the front desk was excellent! She went above and beyond to secure a handicap room that had already been assigned to a future guest. She called that guest and confirmed they did not need room 103. And at checkout, she remembered my name and thanked come for staying there. Fabulous customer service!

Nada recomendado hotel muy sucio poco personal según me di cuenta , la chica se recepción además estaba limpiando sacando basura , alfombras muy sucias , el el ador pero sobre todo la habitación con cajones rotos olor a mucha suciedad e inclusive encontramos cucarachas grandes dentro de la habitación , definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no me hospedaría de nuevo. Ojalá tomen alguna solución mi estadía fue difícil y decepcionante , pedí cambio de habitación por el olor y no servía el aire acondicionado pero el cambio me si cuenta que era lo mismo más bien es un tema de mala administración del hotel y falta de personal !

Hotel has very poor lighting. Dirty hallways, elevator and the room was even worse. Dirty walls, chipped paint,MOLD, no shower curtain, spider webs, crust stuck on the carpet and so much more.
