The hotel is old (and not n a good way). It hasn’t been well maintained or updated. Staff at the desk were friendly. When we entered our room we were hit with a very strong unidentifiable odor. It smelled damp and chemically. We went down to the desk to talk to the staff about it and their resolution was to hand me a spray bottle of air freshener. I thought it was pretty rich of them to tell me I would be charged a fee of $250 if we smoked in the room! We don’t smoke but I’m not sure I wouldn’t have rather smelled smoke than the horrible smell that was in there. I highly don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

My only suggestion is that someone needs to sit at the front desk, not back in the small room off the front desk. Without this, a stranger can enter the hotel and go on any floor. This does not seem safe.

This hotel is pretty nice, the room was spacious. The breakfast was ok, lacking some hot food, but overall fine.

Stayvwas decent. Bed was nice but rooms were hot. Had to have ac on even when it was 40 out. But thats a top floor insulation problem. A little on the pricier side for what it is but it was nice

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of the facilities needs some cleaning/power washing. The room itself was very clean, updated, and spacious. The breakfast was decent and as expected for a hotel chain, but the coffee maker was broken. The only issue is that we heard people stomping around and jumping in the room above us which kept us awake.

It’s was clean and nice there were renovations ongoing at the time. Breakfast left something to be desired but for the price was overall a good stay.

The parking lot is horrible. Looks like they were going to fix it then decided not to. Getting out of the parking lot is risky at the very least. Your view when getting out is severely obstructed. The staff particularly an obese fella there isn’t very friendly. Rooms are mediocre At Best. Needless to say I won’t be back and highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. I stayed based on the 8.6 rating and the rate. Well the rating should be 4 and they should pay you to stay there.
