We had a wonderful stay on a Thursday to Saturday late August trip. We found there were fewer people and more space for hiking and reading along trails. The shuttle buses were great to use, with little over crowding. One of the best parts of the trip was the staff members in all parts of the Park. Especially helpful was the checkin process that got us into our room with great efficiency. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable!

It was well worth the money to stay right on the south rim. The room was not new, but very clean and tidy. We were happy to have the air conditioning in mid-July. The front desk staff was lovely - very courteous and helpful. Parking was tight but we were able to find spots not excessively far from the room. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Thunderbird Lodge.
