The receptionist was rude and impolite to guest. The kitchen utensils and drawers were not clean, sofa were old and not so clean. Bathroom not flushing properly and the room itself was not fully made(notowels and bathroom. rugs and toiletries! They are not allowing guest to visit.

The only good thing is the location, anything else you expected to find from hotels is just disappointing. Dirty bedsheets, dirty bathroom, no towels unless you ask, kitchen tools lack of essentials unless you ask. air ventilation is very poor with a locked window. The tv needs to be fixed.

Room was not ready at time of check in, i waited rill 3 Pm till it was ready and we recived it without being probably cleaned..floor was wet .. there was leaking of toilet water on the floor of bath room and was fixed one day ahead of our check out ...house cleaning we needed to request each time and they came very late.

Die Möbel wären nach 50 Jahren bereit zum Austausch. Herd funktioniert nicht, Kühlschrank defekt, Sauberkeit ist ungenügend, Käfer im Wasserkocher, Rost an Wasserhähnen etc. Es lässt sich kein Fenster öffnen! Das Personal ist allerdings sehr freundlich, obwohl viele kaum Englisch verstehen.

Worst hotel ever 👎👎👎

Can’t find words for this place - in all ways a really bad ! Booked a nonsmoking room with queensize bed - got a smokers room with two seperate beds. Check inn took an your. Card for room didn’t work, no towel etc. Did try to sort things with reception - didn’t g’et any help. Best things is, that I only booked one night, and for sure, it will 100% be both the only and last ever. It’s a complete waste of time and money 👎

Les nettoyeurs ne faisaient pas bien leur travail. Fallait parfois leur demander de venir nettoyer. A la fin, ils sont passer pour demander qu'on leur donne une bonne note à l'évaluation. Triste ! Les canapés étaient sales. Pendant tout le séjour, nous ne nous sommes pas assises dessus. Les fenêtres étaient collées. On ne pouvait les ouvrir.

I arrived with my son around 4 pm and requested towels only to be told there were no towels until the next day at 8.00 am. I had to be at the airport at 6.00 am. They made no effort to find a solution. the customer service was poor. In the morning, I requested a cab, only to be told that I must pay cash. That shocked me. Luckily for me, a regular taxi passed and I hailed it. I wouldn't stay there again.

Apart from the spacious room I did not like anything else about the room. The floor was super dirty and the kettle in the kitchen was rusty and dirty. Sadly I had to buy my own kettle to boil water for my 2yo. No one came to clear our trash on daily basis, we had to do it. No towels were replaced for our 1week of stay there. Customer service was bad. From getting towels to get things fix my husband had to call and go down to the lobby several times before our request are met.

Incredibly High Cockroach Infestation Very dirty hotel. Rooms are not well kept. The level of cockroach infestation is insane. I didn’t know that such dirty and unhealthy hotel can charge the kind of money they are charging. See pictures that I have attached to this review. I have never seen this number of roaches anywhere. The TVs don’t work. I changed rooms three times. First room was very smelly. The smell was horrible. And roaches everywhere. They put me in a different room. Still smelly and lots of roaches but the tvs were not working. Next day they put me in a third room. Less odor but the roaches horrible. Spent lot of money to buy roach treatment items and air freshener. It reduced the roaches but still too many. Tv in the room was working but remote didn’t work with it. Tv in the living room wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it. Everything is so old. Poorly managed hotel. Asked for iron to iron my clothes. One week, still no iron. Please avoid this place as much as you can. There are much better places nearby at same price or better. On a positive note, reception staff really great. The bell boy was awesome. Location is very good as well. Very close to the mall.

Pessima esperienza

Avevo prenotato con modalità pagamento in struttura, e quando sono arrivato in hotel mi hanno detto che la prenotazione è stata cancellata da Hotels.com. Io non ho ricevuto nessun avviso malgrado hanno tutti i miei contatti sulla prenotazione, e chiamando hotels.com mi hanno confermato che la prenotazione non è stata cancellata da loro e neanche loro hanno ricevuto avviso o segnalazione in merito. In poche parole, dopo vari tentativi non c'era niente da fare perché l'hotel era al completo, verso le ore 01:30 ho dovuto prenotare per conto mio un altro hotel lontanissimo subendo un danno materiale (spese extra per il taxi, tariffa doppia dovuto alla non disponibilità dei hotel a Dubai per via della fiera) oltre il forte disagio e il danno morale per la negligenza del hotel in questione.
