Nice rooms and very friendly staff and check-in. Beds were comfortable but a loud environment until 11:04 p.m., so got quieter slightly after the posted quiet time.

The hotel had a decent comfortable bed and the chairs were quality. The microwave in room 208 wouldn't heat anything., otherwise the fridge was a good size and kept items cool.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and very polite. They answered questions. I would recommend this hotel. I do want to say that they should think about having soft closing doors. Otherwise the hotel was very quiet

We have stayed at this property multiple times when it was under different management and it was just OK however the best in the area. Now since it’s been taken over by best Western, we’re very impressed! Nice big refrigerators, the rooms were very clean and the front desk operator was constantly cleaning in the common areas. Overall, it’s just much nicer than it used to be.

The hotel is clean, service is phenomenal, and they have the beat free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Their central atrium creates a space to gather outside of your room. Lots of free parking, and other town amenities are nearby. We were in Park Rapids as part of our visit to the Headwaters of the Mississippi at Lake Itasca State Park. The hotel was a little over 30 minutes away.

This hotel was wonderful. Check-in was quick and the breakfast was nice. Quiet time is at 11pm and it went from loud and boisterous to quiet enough to hear a in drop right at 11pm. It was amazing!

The pictures made this hotel look more updated than what it is. We had to pay over $200 for a room, as there weren't any other options to stay in town. This is not a $200/night hotel.

I love that our rooms open into the courtyard and we can all be together at once, the kids have room to move, they can swim, see other kids. We can eat at a table, there's room to plug in a crock pot, the staff is friendly. This is the third year we have done our family Christmas there.
