Kory (at the front desk) was amazing. THANK YOU KORY!!! He was friendly, had great suggestions of where to go, and accommodated all of my requests...he made our stay so wonderful. We were traveling for the 1st time with my 2 large dogs. He calmed my anxiety about it and made sure that nobody would be entering our room unless we were there (dogs were kenneled when not there, but they are easily stressed out around people they don't know.) Had one small issue in the room and he went above and beyond to fix and make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, rooms were clean, & everyone who worked there was so kind and personable. Had conversations with some of the cleaning crew (so nice), restaurant had good food, pool and hot tub are awesome. Didn't make time for the game room, but heard it's wonderful. Walked the dogs in the forest area behind the pool. Anyway, thank you. Wish we could've stayed longer💛

The hotel smelled clean and refreshing. Our rooms were expertly cleaned, well stocked and pet friendly. The beds were top tier in comfort!!!! It's hard to find rooms in any hotel with purely comfortable mattresses and pillows. Especially when part of the group happen to have serious back issues, our rooms were perfect! The hotel spends the money for comfort. The bathrooms and showers were absolutely spotless. The pool outside is beautiful and spacious. The game room beside the pool was unexpected and very pleasing. Will absolutely return on our next trip to Eureka Springs!!
