A consistently great experience

This was the perfect place for our week long stay on Gotland. The apartment had everything we needed, the grounds/areas around were well maintained and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had our small dog with us and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup than what we had. We have stayed there 3-4 times over the years and never been disappointed.

Lejlighed hotel tæt på Visby gamle bydel. Man skal selvfølgelig selv sørge for morgenmad. Prima swimmingpool med behagelig temperatur dejligt med morgen-og aften dukkert. Kan varmt anbefales hvis man er indstillet på selv at lave noget af maden selv

Vi bodde i en enrumslägenhet med bäddsoffa. Rummet var dåligt städat vid incheckning vilket vi påpekade och då fick vi rummet städat igen dag två. Bäddsoffan brakade ihop när vår son skulle gå och lägga sig. Vi ringde receptionen och de kunde inte ordna det samma dag men kom dagen efter och limmade ihop den. Disken blev inte ren i diskmaskinen. Sista dagen var poolen ur funktion men då fick vi möjlighet att bada på systerhotellet. I övrigt så var det ett bra läge, bara en kort promenad till stan. Lägenheten var väl utrustad med det man behövde och personalen var lyhörd för våra problem. Nu i efterhand kan jag dock tycka att vi borde blivit mer kompenserade för alla problem vi hade.

Okej boende, men receptionen höll inte måttet. Vår kaffekokare var sönder när vi kom och efter att vi lämnat in den så hände absolut ingenting. Mannen satt med hörlurar och var totalt ointresserad, när vi frågade hur det hade gått så hade han inte gjort något alls. Vi fick vänta tills det kom ny personal till receptionen innan vi fick en ny. Även stökig miljö på kvällen med fest i våningen ovanför.

Klockrent boende när man som vi hade hundar med oss som de är gott om plats i lägenheten samt ett plus att man kan sitta utanför på balkongen/loftgången. Lugnt område med bra promenadstråk för att kunna rasta hundarna. Gott om parkeringsplatser precis utanför. Lagomt promenadavstånd till stan.
