Staff was great, good location. It's older and seems like maybe parts of it have been renovated, but others are still old and in need of repair. The beds were comfortable, but the little metal frames they were sitting on were squeaky and loud anytime you moved at all. The room was clean, but very small. The pool and hot tub area was nice but the jets in the hot tub barely push any water around. Breakfast was continental, so not a lot of choices, but what they had was good. The doors are also very thin. You hear everything from the hallway. There was also some strange things, like mattresses piled in the hallway, holes in the wall, and broken light fixtures. Our bathroom light burned out in the middle of the night on our 2nd night. Felt a bit pricey for the quality.

Right outside our hotel door - don't know how long the hole has been there, but no attempt to patch, just a hole into the room - I'm assuming there was a plumbing issue, because this is where the bathroom sink is.

Rexburg night one.

The only table lamp was missing a lamp. Replaced quickly by desk clerk. The room was pleasant. Used the ironing board to hold the suitcases. No racks or storage in the room.

Nice but choose a upstairs room

The beds were great, plenty of room but next time get an upstairs room. We had a downstairs room and we could hear every sound upstairs starting at 6am

After calling the hotel directly to guarantee bottom floor rooms, we arrived to find one room on the bottom floor and one on the second floor. The guy at the desk was very nice but struggled to move my room to the first floor. After about 30 min i was given a double queen rather than the single king i reserved. While it worked, it is my least favorite type room. I also had to clean the lint out of the bathroom vent in order to get it to actually suck the steam out.

Clean, renovated and comfy bed

Check in was a breeze with the pre-check option. My first impression was how clean the room was and smelled great. My room had been renovated with new tile floors throughout and the shower was nice too. The bed was comfortable. The walls are a little thin (could here a baby crying and people talking in the hall) but I always travel with earplugs.

I booked a room with two king beds and they were actually queen. It also was supposed to come with a complimentary breakfast and that was awful couldn't even eat. The hot tub was okay aside from the jets didn't work well

Offended

The room was nice and clean. There was good places to eat and the gentleman at the front desk gave a couple of good suggestions. My biggest issue was the fact that there was a Bible in the nightstand and included with the Bible was what I think was the Book of Mormon. I’m a Christian and was extremely offended. The 2 books should never be combined. I have my opinion and I do believe the Bible is Gods word and I do not believe the Book of Mormon is true.
