후기가 안 좋아서 걱정했는데 매우 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 클리너 분들도 친절하고 문제 생겼을 때 직원분들도 잘 도와줬어요. 다만 다른 후기에서도 확인했던 것처럼 환기가 잘 안돼서 뭔가 요리같은 걸 하면 연기가 많이 찼어요. 그 외에는 다 좋았어요. 가격, 위치, 청결도, 친절도 전부 좋았어요.

Moi et ma famille avons passez un week end a londres et nous avons etait agréablement surpris en arrivant a notre appartement nous avions celui du dernière étage et il etait vraiment bien , l'appartement etait grand (grand sejour, 3 chambres, 2 salle de bains , 2 toilette) il etait propre une cuisine equiper au top , juste petit bemole le bruit extérieures dut au simple vitrage . La situation etait parfaite car il y avait juste au pied de l'immeuble les bus le métro des supérette et une boulangerie.

Billederne macher ikke det faktiske værelse. Der er blevet fotoshoppet med billederne. Stedet trænger til maling, udskiftning af tæpper m.v. Vi havde bestilt 3 værelses lejlighed til 5 personer. Der var så spisebord med stole til 4 personer, samt 2 sofaer til 2 personer. Derfor manglede der plads til 1 person både ved spisebord samt ved sofaer. Der lugtede surt og sofaerne var meget slidte. Flere steder var der gamle plamager på gulvtæpperne. Lejligheden havde derudover køjesenge i begge soveværelser, det er der ikke nogen billeder af, så havde forventet et værelse med to enkelte senge og et værelse med køjeseng og enkelt seng.

Séjour familiale à Londres

Nous avons trouvé un appartement simple, propre et spacieux. Il etait bien équipé ( machine à laver, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde). Seule l'entrée ne paye pas de mine mais l'intérieur est très correct. Par contre, nous etions 5 et il y avait 4 lits superposés et un lit simple. Un lit double aurait été le bienvenu. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la machine à laver et l'équipe de maintenance à été super réactive. Enfin le gros point positif de cet appartement est sa localisation. Il est à proximité de plusieurs lignes de bus, de métro et de plusieurs supérettes. En bref, nous avons été satisfait de cette location pour notre séjour de 5 jours à Londres.

Nice appartment for family travel !

Very satisfied with our stay, family of five. The rooms were spatious, the living room comfortable. Apparment location in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Convenient bus service to center of London, tube was a short 10 min walk away. Would stay again !!!

Mi è piaciuta la zona in cui è collocata la struttura. Lo staff ci ha fatto fare il check-in online con arrivo direttamente in appartamento, molto molto comodo! il nostro appartamento aveva solo letti singoli purtroppo, eravamo due coppie + una bambina, e avevamo 4 letti a castello, e uno singolo separato. Questo era un po' la nota dolente perché ho avvisato che siamo due coppie e nonostante ciò non ci hanno dato un appartamento adatto secondo me. Nel complesso, si tratta di un appartamento senza troppe pretese. Ci si deve accontentare. D'altronde è economico e sono convinta che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia buono.

We were very disapointed . We resereved an apartement with 2 single beds. At first we were shown into a room with a bunkbed. (we are 82 and 77 of Age) then we were offered a big Apartment with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms for one night. the second day we had to move again in another apartement, which was very nice. To move twice in 3 days of our Holiday, that is very annoying. We would not like to make that experience again.

Très bon emplacement juste à côté des bus ligne 9,10 destination Piccadilly centre-ville 20 mn, logement propre, bien équipé , maggie ( secrétaire) très bien vous renseigne pour votre arrivée à l’appartement avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et très bon conseil je recommande ce site si je dois revenir j’irais au même endroit

The place was close to olympia which is where the event was being held and the price was very well Only had one issue was the bed had a lot of black hair on it and the bed was not the most comfortable Otherwise everything was very nice. Glad they had a book to help use the equipment.

Good customer service

Two nights for a business trip on my own. First thing to understand is that you collect the keys somewhere else, near Earl's Court station in this case. This is normal for many short stay apartments, so no surprises for me - just make sure to check your email and have the correct address to collect the keys from if you haven't done this before. Apartment was fine, load of room for the 5 people it's designed to cater for, and very near Olympia (3-4 mins) for any showgoers. Only problem I had was that a pipe in the heater unit in the kitchen leaked while I was out all day. I called the helpdesk, and give them their due, they came out within an hour at midnight. It couldn't be fixed there and then, so used up some of the towels in the apartment to contain the leak. Looked like a British Gas issue, not the apartment management team, so credit to them for reacting quickly and at a late hour. Overall, impressed for the price.

Propre, face à Olympia mais quelques défauts

Réservation effectuée pour participer à un salon juste en face à Olympia Malheureusement, le check-in s'effectue dans un hôtel...à Earl's Court à 25' de marche :-/ Puis un chauffeur vous ramène à Olympia. Mais ça fait une grosse heure de perdue. L'appartement en lui-même est correct, propre, lumineux. Cuisine bien équipée lave/seche-linge, lave vaisselle, four, micro-ondes... Sdb WC un peu petite. Gros point noir (pour moi) : l'absence de double vitrage alors que la rue est bruyante, et le manque de rideau occultant : prévoir bouchons d'oreilles et masque...:-/ Quartier correct avec un Tesco Express juste en bas pour faire les courses et quelques restos. Quartier moins sympa que Earl's Court ou West Kensington cependant (également tous deux mieux desservis par le métro)
