First the good: I had a nice, clean, comfortable room. There are places to eat within walking distance of the property. Easy parking. But to be honest, something felt off, and there are probably several reasons for this. One is finding there was no pool, and no whirlpools except in requested rooms. Next is the weird oddity of smoking being allowed on the first floor, which is okay except it put everyone on the second floor including people with pets and physical disabilities (there is an elevator on the FAR end of the building). Breakfast was good, but uninspiring. Finally there seemed to be a general nonchalant attitude of the employees to do their jobs...nothing more. It's like they forgot they are in the hospitality industry. It seemed more like a Days Inn or a Super 8 compared to other Best Westerns I have stayed in.
