Staff are wonderful. We checked in very late due to mechanical issues and we were greeted with a smile and such kindness. The room was spotless. Everything was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again next time we’re passing through!

First night was awful. Guests in room above us were loud for hours, stomping and a woman screaming. I tried to call the desk however the phone in the room was disconnected. Trains ran nearby all night with whistles blaring. Spoke to the morning staff only to be told I should have left my room and walked to the lobby. The second night was not much better with guests in the next room partying it up. We left that morning and did not stay the last night. We went to another hotel.

My primary recommendation concerns the current parking facilities; allocating designated parking spaces corresponding to hotel room numbers would substantially improve guest convenience. The shower's hot water supply experienced a notable delay, and the doors presented some difficulty in operation. However, overall, the experience was satisfactory. I propose including in the hotel's description that an active railway is situated behind the premises, with trains operating approximately every two hours during the night.
