Double Charged.

Upon checkin I was asked for credit card for incidentals. Instead I was charged for the room a second time. The desk clerk refused to give me a refund even when I showed her the receipt from third party app.

Worst Hotel ever.

Thus hotell was in such poor condition, it was very disturbing. The main entrance was closed due to the collapse of the drive up entrance. The front door of our room did not close properly [room 110] and my daughter could neither open itnor close it. I had to physicallly left the door up to close it. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub was grey with stains. Their was black mold in the grout and the calk around the entire tub was flaking away. I was so disturbed by the bathroom that i did not ake a shower.

This place needs some help

From fire alarm going off at 5:00 am for thirty minutes and then again at 8:30, to the room having a musty smell, not enough towels, no sign in the parking lot. Maybe that’s just the direction of how Johnson City is going, but the place resembles a flop house. Person at the desk was pleasant, that’s the only good thing I have to say. The Comfort Inn in Binghamton is miles better than this place.

The gentleman at the front desk was lovely, but the positivity ends there. Water was leaking from the walls in the bathroom, and paint was bubbling from the leaks. The bedroom window on the ground floor had no drawstrings to close the curtain, so anyone walking by could look directly into the room. Breakfast was spent listening to employees arriving for the day complaining vocally about how much they hated being there. Cleanliness of the room was average, no issues there. Sheets were clean and smelled lovely.

Unbelievable accusation

my husband has severe copd and has a nebulizer he uses twice a day for breathing he puts liquid in the machine prescribed medication . They tried billing me $200 dollars for smoking in the room .We don’t smoke obviously I left the place crying my husband is in terrible condition with his lungs.I cannot believe they said we smoked in the room

Filthy, over priced

The toilet was clogged. They brought a plunger up and handed it to my wife... The public areas were filthy. The bathroom off the exercise room has not been cleaned in eons. Way overpriced for what it is. Would not consider staying here again. Indeed, I will no longer consider Comfort Inns since this is "acceptable" to their brand.

Better than average stay

The hotel was clean overall. The staff gave A+ service for my entire trip. Rooms and hotel smelt clean and did not smell of smoke. The breakfastw as a bit lacking. Only eggs and sausage every day for the 4 days i was there, with waffles only offered one time. I will be back to this hotel.

Ok for a night or two

It was fine for what you might expect. Toilet was loose.. not anchored down. No TP dispenser.. just a roll og TP on the counter. Breakfast was just ok. Waffle machines both broke. No juice machine just unlabeled pitchers in the fridge. Stuff that was there seemed fresh. Staff very nice and polite.

Terrible. The bathroom floor has not been cleaned in moths. The hotel staff was non existent. No extra toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk and wait until someone showed up from behind the wall. The breakfast was horrible. Ran out of forks, coffee cups, etc. Never replaced. I will never stay there again.
