We came to go swimming but Hotels . Com failed to notify me the pool is shut down and has bugs in it. I would not have booked if o knew that. I’ve been a member for 15 years but this is the last time I book through this site customer service told me the could not get hold of someone at the hotel which was incorrect because they were waiting for a call. The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Fall. I wanted to sit in from of the lobby fireplace and read a book.. was so cozy. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had so many great options and the coffee was hot and delish. I will definitely go there again… hopefully soon!

Room was fine. Staff was fine, but the pool was closed and your website says absolutely nothing about the pool being closed for repairs. The staff there says it's been closed for months. That was the main reason I picked this motel. Not the motel's fault, it was your website that advertised that there was a pool but didn't advise that it was closed for repair. Very disappointed. I guess from now on, I have to actually call the motel myself and find out it it's operational or not.
