位置较好，距离圣母百花大教堂只有5分钟的步行距离，距离火车站20分钟，附件有Subway和麦当劳； 老板和蔼可亲，每天早上送早饭到房间也很赞； 房间天花板有壁画，房间和厕所面积都较大； 楼下有4道锁； 总之性价比很高； 不足在于酒店大门非常隐蔽，第一次找很容易错过。

Inget riktigt hotell, mer en central sängplats.

Ingen riktig frukost utan bara en konstig croissant på ett fik bredvid. Ingen städning av rummet under dagarna. Ingen i "receptionen" att fråga om saker. Dålig avrinning i duschen. Kylen fungerade knappt. Dock väldigt fint rum med balkong (trippelrummet) med en udda extra säng i. Nära till allt! Man betalar mest för en sängplats.

Logement tres joli , très propre accueil super , proche de l hyper centre à quelques minute de marche de tous les monuments ou galeries à visiter . Perit dejeuner à prendre dans un petit café en bas de la rue très appréciable. Seul bemol la literie pourrait être a revoir.

Good location, just ok service

The location is great very near the Duomo and great museums. It does not have a front desk so if you don’t have their phone number handy or data it can be a challenge to get in. I only found out there as they did not contact me via hotels.com to let me know. We did not get our rooms cleaned for 2 days in a row out of 5 and we were not told. I think there was a holiday. The room was nice but it needs a bit of maintenance as bathroom shower was leaking and wasting water. It’s ok but it could be better. Then the breakfast is in a bar 50 meters away, it’s basic, just a pastry and a hot drink and the service is not very friendly as if they do not like getting people with breakfast vouchers. So we needed up going elsewhere and paying for our own breakfast.

This is a challenging one to review. You cannot beat the location and old world charm of this place. The small balcony was perfect for enjoying a nightcap. However, my first impression of the old dark stairwell and going through the office to reach the room were unexpected. The shower leaked (inside shower), the door fell off and backed-up immediately. Upon further inspection, the room was clean, but a white duvet would have gone a long way in giving the impression of cleanliness. Overall, we would stay again with managed expectations.

Your location is perfect, nice neighborhood, lots of good restaurants around. Near the train station. And very close to the center, everything is walkable. Free breakfast is good and convenient. I’m glad it’s not inside your place. It’s a cute little restaurant beside it and servers are nice! May have couple of issues in regards to the place itself. Once you enter the building, it’s disgusting because it’s dark and smells really bad. Not your fault per Gonzalo the receptionist person, it’s a problem and the city won’t do anything. But maybe you can make the entrance hallway bright and cleaner. The room has no luggage rack or at least desk or a table were you can put your luggage. The bathroom needs a table our a shelf were you can put your toiletries. The shelf by the bidet and toilet bowl is unsanitary and gross. The vanity mirrors light is not working. The switch is need to be replaced. It’s super gross too. The closet has 3 useless hangers. I open the closet once and I never opened again for 3 nights. It’s disgusting. Please add a hanger rod with decent hangers, luggage rack and a toiletries holder. This will make you place convenient to stay and will Make you gust happy. If those missing amenities will be added then I’ll Give you place 4 star.

¡ESTAFA! ¡CUIDADO! Tuve una experiencia terrible en el Hotel Cavour 10 en Florencia. Gonzalo, el supuesto anfitrión, es un PÉSIMO administrador. Es un peruano viviendo en Italia al que no le importan en lo absoluto sus huéspedes. Desde que llegamos, la puerta de la calle tenía problemas para cerrarse, lo cual es una preocupación de seguridad. El portal huele a cloaca, un olor asqueroso que te recibe al llegar. El cuarto en sí es oscuro y deprimente. La cama estaba infestada de bed bugs, algo completamente inaceptable. Las sábanas eran de pésima calidad, rasposas e incómodas. La caja fuerte no cierra, lo que hace que no te sientas tranquilo dejando tus pertenencias. Además, no cambian las toallas, no limpian ni reponen los shampoos o jabones, ¡ni siquiera pusieron agua para beber! El baño es un desastre. El secador de pelo no funcionaba. El minibar estaba vacío y no funcionaba, otro servicio anunciado que simplemente no existe. El colchón es de la peor calidad, incómodo, y el cuarto olía muchísimo a humedad. Por favor, no se hospeden en este lugar. El precio es completamente disparatado para lo que ofrecen. Nos cobraron 7,000 pesos por noche y no vale ni la tercera parte de eso. Además, anuncian que tienen lavandería, lo cual es MENTIRA. El desayuno es en un café espantoso al lado, donde te dan un pan seco, jugo de naranja de caja y café aguado. De verdad, este lugar es una porquería. Lo puntuaría en CERO si pudiera.
