The only issue with this property is that it is a bit tired in places as we went at the end of the season but the good price reflected this. The location was fabulous and the view from the Suites is incredible. The breakfast was very good compared to some of the others. What was very special though was the owner greeted us on arrival and spent a lot of time going through the map of the area and explaining what was where and how best to make the most of our limited time in Istanbul. I would stay here again as it was excellent value for money - and the view from room is one I will never forget!

Staff are exceptional, very supportive. The room sizes are not as large as shown in pictures. Room need slots of cosmetic work. There are water stains in bathrooms. Neither the rooms nor the common area has microwaves. So, we had to request the staff to provide warm water throughout our stay. Having ability to warm up water by the guests themselves is very important, especially, if there are young children. The staff were more than supportive and very helpful.

Dårlig oplevelse

Hotellet var gammelt og meget slidt, løse stikkontakter, mangle pære i lamperne der virkede/manglede lampe ved sidens sengen hvor der var sat en plastik pose over ledningerne, jacuzzien virkede ikke og elendig rengøring, meget beskidt over alt og sengene kunne man mærke fjederne i, morgenmaden kold kaffe og et meget sørgelig udvalg af mad især også når man har små børn med, tagterrassen er livsfarlig for små børn der ikke noget afskærmning, nøgle kortene til værelserne var næsten ubrugelige da de var tapet helt ind og lavet af pap. Det eneste der var positivt ved opholdet var bestyreren af stedet god service og meget sød. De andet personale var til ingen hjælp.

on a séjourner 5nuits ds cet hôtel , le personnel était très gentil et a l 'écoute mais aucune réclamation na été régler je suppose qu' ils exécuter seulement les ordres de leurs patron , une fois que le payement est fait , on prouver raller autant qu'on le désirer , rien ne sera faits je suis certaine que cet hôtel était très bien , mais en 2022 c est une véritable ruines en temps normal cet hôtel doit être fermer .la femme de ménage on l'a jamais vue , on lui a demander de ne faire que les départs. nous sommes arrivées a 18 h et les chambres n étais pas encore prêtes , le petit dej tres basique . fuyez cet hôtel meme si il est gratuit .

Excellent location and service! The front desk staff spoke excellent English and gave us great information on visiting local sights which were all within easy walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby too. It was nice receive a warm welcome when we returned from our daily outings. The view from our room was amazing - go for the honeymoon suite, you won’t regret it!!!

Excellente hotel et un sejour exceptionnel

Tout d'abord, je remercie l'equipe de l'hôtel sans oublier le manager qui nous a attribué une belle chambre , Le petit dejeuner était super Sauf je dois signalé que la femme de chambre etait desagreable qui n'aime pas son travaille , a chaque on etait obligé de faire des reclamations pour changer les draps ou les serviettes. Dans l'ensemble le service etait parfait

I am not going to stay there twice

We stayed for 5 days in the hotel. And the first day itself we told that the water was going very slowly from the shower area and it was disgusting to use like that. They said they will fix it but never did. And they did not change our room as well. But we stayed. And then when we were about to checkout we requested to do the pcr test since we were flying on the day after. And they brought a nurse and did the test. And on night we got the results and it was positive, but we never had any symptoms of any kind. They said we had to be in quarantine for 10 days and have to pay for those days. So we complained about the shower again, and they changed our room within minutes which they didn’t do before. And we said we didn’t believe the result since we didn’t have any symptoms, and we went to nearby clinic to do the test again. And the next day when we got the results, it was negative. We showed the result to hotel people, and the guy insisted that the result was fake, but it had the health stamp and it was showing in their health portal as well. He said even though we had a negative result we will not be able to fly. We called the airline company and we asked if we can fly. They said if we bring he negative result we will be able to fly. We went the other day to airport and we were able to fly. Now we are in our country and we did the test again, and it is negative. Some people said that some of the hotel people do that to keep customers in the hotel for more days.

Location good, breakfast situation is worst seen!

Positives: Location is great walking distance to all major attractions etc. Staff member Mahmud very helpful. Negatives: Small rooms. No tea/coffee in lounge area as advertised. Breakfast a disaster. Not enough food for all the guests. Always short of butter eggs coffee etc and guests have to keep asking for it. Very embarrassing to keep asking for breakfast we paid for. Dinning area very small with not enough tables for guests. One time I had to take my breakfast to my room as there was nowhere to sit. Extremely short staff, never stayed at a hotel so short staff. Receptionist is doing dining room duties etc, one girl is running the kitchen. No room service as advertised.

We booked the property on April 11 at around 2pm. We arrived on the property on April 12 at around 2:30 am BC we were traveling by road. When we arrived they didn't have the room we requested. They didn't have any room that accomodated 3 people. They have us two rooms after searching for 40 mins however both rooms were smoking rooms even though we had requested non-smoking rooms

Very bad service - no water facilities throughout the stay - couldn’t have a shower, no toilet paper, no WiFi and no breakfast. The staff was very unhelpful and could not communicate in English when reporting a problem otherwise spoke and wrote fluent English. The Manager was very dishonest and promised to provide a refund knowing the stay was not to a good standard as we had to use outdoor water facilities however he did not contact me and did not approve of a refund to hotels.com
