It’s a lovely old building with a seating area outside near the river. The room we had was a bit shabby with a worn headboard and carpet however it was very clean. The bathroom was nice but there was no soap for the hand basin. The bed was very hard also. Breakfast was lovely, the usual continental croissants, cereal etc and the cooked breakfast was made to order so nice and hot. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar area was great annd the landlord was very nice even though he was extremely busy. Even though the hotel is a bit run down, I would stay there again.

Handy having free car park, with plenty of space. Good location with countryside around but not far from Coventry centre. Great check in with friendly welcoming staff member. Great newly refurbished room, felt very homely with stylish interior. Had 3 great nights sleep. Lovely being able to look out onto rhe river. Great value for money too

I was contacted a few days before by a very nice lady. Asked if we wanted to book a table for the evening we were staying. Asked when we thought we would arrive. Very pleasant and helpful. Registration paper was waiting for us when we arrived. Lovely comfortable room. Very clean. Staff were all lovely and helpful
