There is never anyone at the front counter, one is instructed to call a number to get someone. There’s a phone sitting there, but that phone doesn’t work. I had to call 4-5 times to get someone to pick up the phone, and then I was told to go next door to the restaurant and get someone out of the kitchen to help me check in.
The key I was given for my room opened the door, but it was someone else’s room. Someone’s personal possessions were laying all around.
Once I got my room, it was tiny, but quiet and pleasant.
There was no Continental breakfast, even though there seemed to be an area for one. There were coffee pods, but looked to be much depleted, minimal creamers— like it hadn’t been Refurbished in weeks. I would’ve loved to ask someone about it, but there was never anyone staffing the front desk.
There was a water dispenser, which I loved.
