I enjoyed an amazing getaway with a friend. We each enjoyed our own separate living accommodation. Daphne, the properties hostess was phenomenal and attentive to any of our needs. Only recommendation would be that children under the age of eight might not be appropriate for sleeping upstairs on their own as you have to get there with a spiral staircase, which could be a little unsafe for the littlest in your group.

We loved our stay here! Delphine was very attentive. Check-in was super easy. The condo had everything you need for a stay. The view was absolutely spectacular! A grocery store and 2 excellent restaurants were around the corner with a breakfast/lunch place right outside the gate. The pool was immaculate. The neighborhood was so cute. We would absolute stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Colombus recently for 5 days - it was super clean and had all the things you need to cook and eat. Great balcony and great views – AC in three areas and spacious - the restaurants near the hotel are perfect and the atmosphere great as well – this is a really excellent location with a great host in Delphine - highly recommended!

Beautiful new two level villa with pool right out the sliding doors. Lovely view of the marina. Excellent restaurants nearby - Oasis, Mama Pizza snd BFK. And a wonderful store for coffee and daily provisions called Bread and Butter. Delphine was super responsive. Highly recommend Residence Colombus.

Overall the property is great. We booked two story villas that are higher up the hill and have in room laundry. Everything was great but the French side of the island kept losing water. These units do not have tanks so it was unfortunate and after 3 days they were ablt to move us to another unit with water storage so we had water for the rest of the stay even though the island water remained unreliable. Communication during this was very good. Delphine was very supportive. Aside from the water issues, both rooms were very clean and well maintained with full kitchens and dohes/glassware etc. Both rooms had great views fo the bay Hotel has a restaurant available for lunch and breakfast, it was great. They also have a market, a barkery and a couple restaurants a short walk away. Only other thing to be careful with is the mattresses. Our first room 407 had a great mattress, but the second room (301) was a rather firm, I know some like that. I would recommend and we will try and return on our next trip to Sint Maarten
