Stay away!

The condition is not good, however we pressed on with the check-in. After see the rest of the hotel and we were given the keys to the wrong room. That room was already occupied and there were drugs on the table. We were offered the correct room, but at that point we didn’t feel safe and left without staying. They would not give us a refund.

We booked a deluxe King bed room. The room looked nothing like the picture so was disappointed in that. It was small and dark. the floor was quite dusty when we arrived. It made my white socks very grey. The hotel overall looked tired. Maintenance equipment was left just outside our door, including ladders, and what appeared to be old light fixtures and equipment. The breakfast area was small and crowded. We got there at 8:30am and found the kitchen very cluttered and not cleaned up after previous guests left a mess. On our second morning, we arrived at the same time, but the eggs and sausages were gone and coffee empty. We left and went to Smitty's instead. On a plus note, the bed was very comfortable and and room temperature was easily controlled with the AC unit. Next time I'm in Hinton I will probably look for a different place to stay.

Stay was fine. A little overpriced for the location in my opinion, but we are entering tourist season and with Jasper in the post fire state that it is in, Hinton will take advantage.

The room was nice. However, the bed bug we found on bed at 1am was not! Hotel tried to convince me that they never had had complaints and it was not possible due to metal base on bed. Even though I show them the live bed bug. Still charged us the night even though we left and had to sleep in our truck!!! Do not reccomend!!!!

Quick overnight stay on a road trip. Great proximity to Jasper and a nice view of the mountains from our room. Only issue was a couple of stains on the sheets. You could tell they were cleaned but if the sheets are stained they should be replaced. Overall a great and comfortable stay though!

Fridge froze our food otherwise good experience

Friendly check in service. The room was great for one night altho seemed to be the residue of dog hair, smell but understandably that's what you get with pet friendly. Disappointed that the fridge froze most of our food we had for the rest of our trip.

Mediocre at best. Don’t check in after midnight.

I asked for additional towels for the 3 rooms full of 7 people and was assured that they would be sending some. They never did bring us towels and locked the doors to the lobby. There was a phone number on the door to call but it was a bogus number. They also charged an additional $22 for each pet that we were travelling with, this was not a fee that was indicated on Hotels.com. The free breakfast wain’t too bad, there’s a waffle maker, eggs, fresh juices and coffee. There were sausages that were exceptionally gross and it looked like there may have been canned beans but none appeared. The peanut butter was clearly past its expiry date and had separated and oily. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
