Building undergoing renovations so access is a bit difficult but not a deal breaker. Rooms are below standard even for a pub.

Staff very friendly and helpful but it looked like a building site and had to wait several hours for hot water, when finished it’s an ideal place to stay so close to the airport and rates are reasonable

A good price and close to the airport but disappointing that the lift was out of order and we had to carry our 20 kilo's international luggage up a spiral staircase, also our room was the first one next to the secure door from the foyer so could hear it banging shut several times throughout the night and people dropping there key's in the metal key deposit box

While there is construction still happening all around the hotel, including where we went in to access our rooms. They shouldnt be renting the rooms out. The dust was incredible, it was dangerous underfoot., with a bit of cardboard taped down for us to either trip on or walk on. Spiral staircase to get all your luggage up and down to your room. And the staircase was dirtier and dustier everyday. They need a lot of TLC. They simply should NOT be rented out while in such a state

The room was ok , needs new towels. Wasn’t told labourers would be starting work at 6.45 am in the morning , very disappointing.

Will be much better once renovations are completed . The $150.00 hold on your card is , in my opinion , way over the top and takes 10 working days before released !! Have stayed in top quality hotels where hold is nowhere near as much and availability of funds back within 25 hours . This is an ongoing gripe with this property !! Very handy for Adelaide airport , good food .
