It would have been useful to have an information guide to point out places to eat, buy food for microwave or toiletries, public transport systems etcetera. We have stayed there before as the location suits us and the dining is excellent,however, the refurbishment in the rooms if any, is not up to scratch, no basin in the bathroom and you have to wash your hands in the sink! and very small, tiles cracked and uneven, walls not painted properly. However the bed was comfortable and sheets clean and towels were clean and provided 2 each. We will stay again as it is so handy for us.
