Room maintenance was substandard for a supposed luxury apartment. Daily service was not done and was chased up and even then to a substandard. They didnt make the bed or clean the room. They just changed towels and emptied rubbish The fridge was on a lean, bed light not working, gas fire remote did not work. Whn reported to front desk they did nothing about it. When they said they would. The rack over the toilet was a head hitting hazard. There was a missing handle in the kitchen and a dirt mark on one of the supposedly clean robesno
