Dodgy hotel and even dodgier clientele. It’s worth paying a bit extra and staying in a more legitimate hotel.

Had stayed here previously when it had other owners and we were looking forward to returning. Walked in to find that the bar and bistro had closed and unlikely to reopen again. Rooms are old and poorly maintained. Air conditioner leaked so they put the bin under it but I refused to be subjected to constant dripping. They moved us to a different room which was larger but just as poorly maintained if not even worse. This spa did not work at all even after we found a plug that didn’t properly fit. Door locks on one of the screens had no latch at all so couldn’t be left open when unattended. Keys failed to work one day because they obviously deactivated them even though our check out was the next day. Door lock fell apart and would not work at all but fortunately we were checking out that day so we just left early. Would say that it was a comedy of errors but I was not amused by any of them. Definitely won’t return again and can’t recommend it to anyone anytime.

The lady on reception told me there was an undercover carpark I could use but when I went down there, there were no spots available and to get out and back to the front I had to drive 10 minutes in a big circle because there are many streets nearby that you can’t turn a certain way so ended up being a huge waste of my time.
Also the hotel charged the card I had booked with for security without telling me and because of how they set this up, I wasn’t able to use my Expedia coupon.
The shower was terrible too.

Shower was so small unable to wash my feet. Need a lift as we were on the top floor.
Staff were very helpful thank you to the two ladies, cleaners that took our cases down to our car

No elevator to upstairs rooms, very average room, beds and pillows not comfortable, some staff were lovely, however some very rude. Great location, walkable to restaurants and town centre. However, feel was overpriced.

Small balcony overlooking Clyde River & Ocean. Room comfortable with kettle & fridge. Toaster or microwave would have been good given the bar & restaurant are closed and don't look like they will be reopening. Only one double power point beside the bed as lights either side are hard wired. Maid service was excellent, clean towels each day and bed made up. Water and couple of cans of juice left in fridge upon arrival & amenities topped up daily. Bed was comfortable are Air Con / Heating was good

Clean and tidy with great views of the water. Close to great dining options.
Unfortunately it’s very old with noisy, clunky doors that slam all up and down the hallway. Bathroom fans are so loud you can’t hear the tv, and not just your own.
Walls are thin. Could hear things we definitely didn’t want to if you know what I mean😉
