Great Place ! Convenient Location in South Bank

This is a great little Apartment hotel, very convenient location to the south bank attractions . Ei: Queensland Museum, Miramar cruise/ Lone pine Koala sanctuary. Clean room with studio kitchen and great little pool... it does need a bit of tile repair in few places..but other wise very nice. I definitely recommend this Hotel..

Rooms are basic but nice, bed was great, bathrooms were clean but are due for a renovation. Price was a bit high for what I would expect for the facilities, but still a perfectly fine room. Ironing board in my room needs to be replaced

ウエストエンドの繁華街の外れにありレストランやスーパー、コンビニなどお店がたくさんあります。サウスブリスベン駅にも凄く近いです。 部屋は広くキッチンには何でも揃っているので食材と調味料だけスーパーで買えば自炊できます。ランドリー＆ドライヤーもあります。

Not what I paid for.

The room was not what I had booked It was advertised as having a bath and it didn’t there was one remote control for 2 televisions and one remote for 2 aircon, there were no sheets for the sofa bed and the lack of personal hygiene products and complimentary beverage and condiments was very disappointing. Purposely looked for a higher end type of accommodation and this was definitely not in that even though that’s what they marketed themselves as , definitely one of the most disappointing places I’ve booked through the Hotels app

Smoke alarm went off both night of our stay: the first night at 3am. We informed reception the next morning, and the only response was to ask if we’d been smoking. No, we had not. The second night, it went off at 4:30am. Very unhappy.

Gag room

when I opened my door to the apartment I was blown away by the stench of stale cigarette smoke. I had arrived after 5.00pm (5.30PM) and there was no reception open..... They had put scented sticks to try and mask the smell and it just made it worse........nearly vomit worthy. The taps for the shower had fallen off and there was signs on the washing machine dated September saying it was out of order. I will say they came round later that morning and attended to the taps and the washing machine. BUT the stench WOW it is embedded into the furniture and curtains

The good - bed was really comfortable, the complex clean, room clean and had everything we needed. 2 block walk to the convention centre and Southbank. Check in and out was easy. The bad - the shower water pressure was TERRIBLE! Washing hair was a nightmare. Bottom floor unit has no sound proofing at all. Could hear every footstep and people talking and coughing outside the room at all hours. Would stay again, but would request a different room, convenience was great to everything in Southbank and price was good.
