Bathroom looks clean but smell is horrible. Had to slept a night in a room smell like toilet, didn’t help even when the bathroom door was closed.

Stay was ok - just had a strange woman approach our car outside wham we parked outside which was alarming to us and then a straggler charging their phone in breakfast area the next morning from outside

Overall the hotel and room was very good. We have stayed here quite a few times. This time the room had a heavy smell like the air is not fresh.

Staff were nice and room was clean. EV chargers worked and other people respected that those spots were meant for charging. The pool was a bit chilly even though it’s indoors.

Very clean. The room was well-designed, with multiple outlets and USB ports. Breakfast was very good, with many options. The only negatives were the desk light bulb being out and the alarm being defective- unable to set the correct time. We were advised to download the Hilton app, which we did, and then to open a link, which did not work (“unable to link with server”).

Was there sunday through friday and didnt get the room cleaned until thursday and that was probably because i had to go down and ask them to clean it. (Had to go down multiple times throught the week to get towels and toilet paper and they said "the rooms usually get cleaned every 2 days" drinks that we bought in the lobby were expired.
Overall the area seemed very safe which was our main priority

Front Desk Service was very poor. Not accommodating for extending stay, They are Desperate for high dollar daily incidentals charge when extending for another day —demand you come down immediately to run your card again —most hotels let you do it before 6pm or so and are not rude about. Front desk attendant snapped at me and said “it’s not complicated” when I wanted to come down later to run my card for incidentals when I wasn’t feeling well- they refuse to take card over phone. Also, Extremely rude and unacccomodating about booking through “third party site”such as hotels.com. Check-In terrible. After waiting 20 mins at 11:45 pm-ish while the front desk person was on the phone, I was finally able to check in. I want to check we were given the room we booked with wet bar, and the front desk attendant said they never heard of rooms there with a wet bar and said did I mean an alcoholic bar. I said a wet bar was a an extra sink in the room with a bar counter for drinks/snacks. The desk attendant said “I’ve never heard of such a thing— I guess I am used to working at higher class hotels.” Bizarrely Rude. The Hampton Inn Website clearly states rooms with wet bars as a choice. Room was clean and in good repair. Two different front desk attendants were extremely rude. Stay spoiled by rudeness of front desk staff. My spouse and I travel quite frequently, and we have never encountered this level of inconsideration and rudeness.
