Reception very friendly & helpful. Room was very basic, but comfortable. Shared toilet, shower & basin facilities were clean & functional. We got caught out that the communal kitchen hsd no pans or utensils - which makes sense as a campsite, but was unlike either backpackers' hostels or other campsite cabin stays we've had. It's understandable, but you need to be aware in advance. Buying a meal out removes the cost advantage.

Unlike the other Top 10 holiday parks, they charge $5 for cookingware, that’s fine. Th problem is there was too much noise. There were a couple of groups singing, yelling, playing cards in the kitchen from 2-5am during our stay.

We had a standard cabin which was fine for one night and was close to the restaurants in town. Washroom facilities were spotless and there are lots of walks to do in the area. Our only complaint was that there was a very loud group in the cabin next to us, drinking until early hours. Due to the close proximity of the cabins it’s a bit of a lottery with your neighbours.
