Would have rated it excellent except for the noise in the mornings from bins, staff and tradies doing work. We were closest to the storage areas and the hotel itself so would try it again with a room further away. Bed was comfy, room was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. Staff were lovely and the meal in the bistro was great.

Room was clean and tidy on arrival. Bed was comfortable. However, on the 1st morning, I awoke to find ants in my bed and all over the bench. Reception was advised and they acted promptly by using a can of Mortein spray, They also gave me a complimentary meal. I stayed for 9 nights and noted that the bedding wasn't changed throughout my stay. Towels weren't changed regularly. Rubbish was left for 3 days before being emptied by myself even though I had had the ant problem.

Very very busy on the day of our stay...unable to get a table for dinner in the main area, only recently opened after renovations. Big crowd. Had dinner in sports bar, all good.No complaints. We'll stay there again.

Ordinary ‘country’ motel feel about the rooms. Expensive for an out-of-cbd 3 star hotel/motel. Chosen (no doubt by many) because of its proximity to the NW Private Hospital. Huge dining/bistro areas which look very new and tidy- very popular for families. 2 nights here and room not serviced in that time.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a 70th birthday. The updated room was lovely. Had the quietest AC I've ever encountered which was great! The bathroom facilities were excellent! Undercover parking right outside the room door. The bar had meals on offer. The staff we interacted with were really nice and helpful. Good spot located near where we had to go.

Very clean accommodation at a reasonable cost ☺️ staff member was very helpful and although dining area was under renovation, was very happy to recommend Cafe 63 nearby which was excellent 👍 great affordable accommodation, do yourself a favour and check it out

On checkin advised we were too early by an hour. We were sent to another area for check in but returned to the same place to check-in. Apparently that bloke has worked there for 2 years! Undergoing renovation Restaurant closed No water for more than 6 hour on one day- unable to shower or flush the toilet or obtain drinking water. Daily noise from 0630hrs... workman, drilling, digging, gardening, blowers! AC substandard. No contact with any staff except cleaning staff. Expedia did not advise of renovations restaurant was closed. No mention of this on checkin. No apologies! Unacceptable!!
