Absolutely lovely receptionist and very comfortable lodgings with air con for the summer and an electric blanket for the chilly Armidale nights, great location with nearby dining and Central Park, great value and room for couple or family stays.

Friendly and quick check in. Easy parking. No traffic noise even though in the middle of the city. Convenient to restaurants and fast food outlets. Close to churches and park. Room was open and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size.
