O quarto estava em péssimo estado de conservação, todos os móveis, colchão e roupa de cama estavam gastos, manchados e com falhas. O quarto tinha mofo, banheiro com ferrugem aparente. Estavamos em 3 casais em 3 quartos diferentes, todos os quartos estavam iguais, em péssimo estado. Não era o padrão do Ibis que estamos acostumados, uma pena a Accor permitir esse nível de conservação/manutenção do hotel.

O hotel Ibis ele é sempre muito bom a ideia do hotel é algo jovial e confortável porém a acomodação em Campo Grande está precisando de algumas manutenções, os banheiros estão antigos com lodos nos rejuntes, ar-condicionado muito antigo barulhento dá pra ver que tudo que tem ali já tem um tempo de uso, mas eles tentam manter a qualidade de um Ibis.

Quartos do 1o andar com infiltrações e cheiro de mofo. Luzes ruins então o quarto fica escuro a noite. Já de manhã, o black-out da janela é péssimo né fica uma luz clara no quarto de manhã. Todas as tomadas são 220v o que é ruim. Mosquitos no banheiro. TV não pega os canais direito. Não recomendo. Já fiquei no ibis várias vezes mas este foi o pior.
