We were told there was a "Continental" breakfast. We had the choice of cereal, cereal, or cereal and a banana. They did not service our room. We had to ask for new towels. The carpet was stained and burnt by cigarettes. The bathroom shower was very low to the ground causing us to bend down to get hair washed.

The room was cozy. Carpet was stained. Sheets extremely wrinkled like bed was never changed. Pillows sucked! Bring your own. Overall not bad, it was clean and quiet.

Breakfast doesn't start until 730 am, despite that they worked around our demanding schedule. The 2 bed room had a firm mattress and a soft one so that worked out perfectly for our situation.

Room was decently clean. Mattress and pillows could have been better, but fine for a short stay. Staff was friendly and surrounding are was safe.

I arrived at the hotel and the “clerk” couldn’t speak english at all. He had to call someone and have them on speaker to translate my issue. They couldn’t figure out which room to give me, there wasn’t anyone else at the hotel. I grew very frustrated and left. They still charged me, opening up a credit card dispute.

The rooms smelled like smoke even though they said the property was all smoke free. And when I had to leave a day early because of the affect it had on my asthma they wouldn’t even refund me the day I wasn’t there. The beds were uncomfortable and the toilet banged every time we sat down or got up.

The hotel was not distinguished by a sign as we drove right past it. The check-in process was OK. The rooms are very dated. The carpet was stained. There was no hairdryer, and the odor in the room was overwhelming. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We checked in at 2:45 pm.,went to our event came back from the event and tried to go to sleep. The bed and order was so bad we checked out are 5 am. If you can find another place, do it I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
