靠近海滩，适合休闲但交通不太便利

相比百丽宫那家，其实屋里的内设要差些，尽管房子还要大些，但也只是大些。自助早餐也差很多，感觉就是国内快捷连锁的水平。好的方面，室外配套不错，楼顶有天台泳池，一面可看到大海；与大海相对的另一面有一个高尔夫球场，景观也不错。另外两面，一面还在盖新的房子，现在是一片工地，估计后面会好些；还有一面就不归酒店了，一片野地。目前的酒店大体可分成住宿区和海滩区，海滩区是在一块山崖上，崖上有那种无边界泳池，感觉不错，也有海景餐厅。通过山崖可下到一块算是酒店专属海滩吧，刚好是被两侧山崖自然夹起来的一块，地方并不大。这块山崖朝西，看落日很赞。交通不是太方便，无论是去机场，去蓝梦岛的码头，都得在这个南岛上的路绕来绕去。适合于整天待在这里休闲，不太适合作为覆盖其他景点的出发地。

Rummen var ganska fuktpåverkade med svarta fläckar på inredning men även golv, som blev tydligt när vår bebis kröp omkring och blev svart på knän och fötter. Ganska smutsigt vid duschen och fläckigt lakan. Vi var nästan ensamma vid poolen. Dock saknades skuggmöjligheter hela dagen och poolen var väldigt sliten. Frukosten var 1,5 av 5. Ganska svag och smaklös för att vara 5 stjärnor. Personalen vänliga men VÄLDIGT unga och tydligt oerfarna. Engelskan ganska svag. Fick vänta över en timme på nachos som room service när vi ankom sent. Glassen den äckligaste jag ätit i mitt liv. Måste glömt att rengöra glassmaskinen. Fin utsikt över solnedgången. Rymligt rum. Egen trapp till närliggande strand.

Great place, with a very good breakfast in a fantastic location, just some stairs to beautiful Dreamland Beach and beautiful big rooms with great bathrooms, if one likes bathtubs:)). And the staff is very friendly and professional and just fabulous.

Great location! Just a few steps down the stairs and you are on one of Bali’s best beaches. Room is huge with bathtub and great view of the golf course. Restaurant has an amazing view !!!

Previous room - Broken outside sliding door - Broken shower tile - Hole in wall - mouse, Mouse poo and ants coming out - Broken fridge, hole underneath from leaking - Really mouldy smell in room - been having breathing and coughing issues since we have stayed here, and theres mould all throughout the room such as curtains, roof and phone cord - Dirty floors - Stain on the towel - Staff were going to spray something to kill the bugs while we were in the room. Very bad for health. New room - Broken left bed light flashing - Power point not working next to bed on left - Mould on the blind - Bed very uncomfortable as to hard - Stain and Holes in the sheets - Sheet doesn’t even cover mattress properly - Dirty kettle Overall advise - No hand towels - white paintlegs from sitting on chairs at breakfast - ⁠Food is bad - more so at dinner meals

Sadly this hotel is nothing like the pictures. It is extremely dated and needs a massive refurb. We were told this is happening next month. It is a lovely location but loads of issues with mould, broken things in the rooms. The pool is green and the decking is broken around the pool. The staff do what they can to help but with next to no options we had to leave as it was just disgusting. We did get a refund for the nights we hadn’t stayed but tbh we are not happy having paid for the 2 nights we stayed as we were just going to put up with it but then a 2/3 metres piece of wood fell off the wardrobe and barely missed hitting my mum and then she found mould on her pillow, urine and blood stains on the mattress and mattress protector. Other than that lovely place…

My partner and I left early from this resort and left extremely disappointed. This place has a rating of 5 stars which i couldn’t believe after arriving there the first day. The security gates at the front are completely abandoned you wouldn’t even think the hotel is still in operation. The place is old and rundown and has an eerie sort of feel to it. Food was also close to inedible. The whole place feels abandoned and dead. The location just makes the whole experience even worse as it has no shops, restaurants bars or anything close to it. On a positive side of things and the only positive thing to say is the staff who were very nice at times and all of this is completely not their fault. My partner and left early as we didn’t feel safe at night time due to its isolated location and abandoned feel. Should be 2 star resort. Close to abandonment.

This hotel is so beautiful, the rooftop pool is very nice and it’s right on dream beach. Only issue is it’s further from restaurants but didn’t bother us with getting on a go jek anyway would definitely stay again.

Klamt og beskidt værelse

Da vi ankommer og får vores værelse er der ikke gjort rent. Nudler på gulvet, dryppende aircondition og store fugtskader. Sand over det hele samt spindelvæv. Derudover var altanen møg beskidt, og der havde man ikke lyst til at sidde. Vi fik dog et nyt værelse med det samme. En af dagene havde vi roomcleaning, og da vi kommer tilbage har personen glemt sit ID, efterladt en klam våd klud, og fjernet håndklæder uden at ligge nye. Dog vinder hotellet på deres udsigt men værelserne og rengøringen trænger virkelig til en hånd, men deres service var god.
