Great little bar and bar area with an amazing bar tender who will give a master class on Italian alcohol. Breakfast was good. Staff was all very friendly. Street parking in the blue lines is the only parking, which we found a spot a few blocks down. Not a lot of retail or restaurants in the immediate area, which we were fine with as we had a car. Quiet at night. A good night of sleep.

The owner ( Gentleman) in the office, was very helpful. The lady helping with the breakfast looked very annoyed all the time. The beds, pillows and mattress were terrible. The sheets felt like paper;( The room and the bathroom smelled like a very strong urine. I can still smell it! So gross. The free breakfast was not very good. It was free, I guess!!

First when I entered the room there were no curtains on the windows. The outside doors leading out to the balcony did not open. The storm shutters had no way to hold them open. The common areas were ok. As for the room the bed was awful and placed length wise against the wall and made up with cheap linen. The Wi-Fi worked for my first few hours in the room then stopped working for the rest of my 4 or 5 day stay.. I never do reviews but this had to be said

My friend and I were quite underwhelmed when we first entered our room. I had booked a triple room but there were no sheets or pillows on the twin bed, only two pillows on the queen bed. There were no batteries in the safe and the plug on the electric kettle did not match the outlet on the wall. There were also a few stains on the duvet and mattress cover. Of course all these issues were resolved when I brought them to the front desk person’s attention the next morning, however, they did cause a bad first impression.

Quiche de diferentes ingredientes según el día y lo típico... Embutidos y queso, tomate, pepino...todo muy rico. La habitación y el baño grandes y espaciosos, las camas muy cómodas y muy limpio. Las instalaciones del hotel preciosas, muy bien situado y fácil para llegar a la zona del Duomo, Accademia... Y el personal del hotel encantador... Es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que he estado...muy muy recomendado

Fica um pouco afastado do centro, mas é uma ótima opção para quem quer explorar mais da cidade, com acesso fácil e tranquilo. O custo-benefício é bom, o café da manhã é excelente e a acomodação cumpre bem o que promete. A limpeza do chão do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, assim como o banheiro, que é um pouco apertado. No geral, considerando o valor e a estadia foi super válido.

I loved our stay in the hotel, me and my daughter and husband stayed 2 nights. Everyone was really friendly especially Antonella she was amazing and one of the other ladies in the reception that helped us with some tourist attraction to visit! The rooms was great, very clean. Good Place at a convenient location

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Their rooms are big and bathroom is very clean. The location is very close to Galleria but you might need to walk a bit if you want to reach the other parts like Uffizi and Boboli Gardens. But that was okay for us as there were quiet a few bus services and nearby stops. The staff is nice and helpful too. Some issues we had which led me to give lower rating - There were mosquitoes in the room, luckily they were only one or too and we kept pur windows shut so we were able to deal with it. The room has no means of ventilation, the AC was in heat mode and there was ni control when it was too hot for us we couldn’t open windows as it would have led to more mosquitoes entering the room. But its overall a good place if you want to spend a night or too

Had a wonderful long weekend (3 night) stay here. It's a short, easy walk from the main tourist strip so simple to get around Florence by foot. It's also easy to get to from the airport with tram and bus to just a few blocks away. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room (single room) was spacious with comfortable bed, good shower and all you need for a short break. I ate in the restaurant the first night - it's not the best space, but the food was AMAZING (beef that melted in your mouth) and the cocktail even more so. The bartender is fabulous - the service, knowledge and chat you expect from a five-star hotel in the middle of London or New York. The last night I ate at a nearby local restaurant - there are plenty of choices if you're willing to be adventurous and not looking for a 'tourist trap' restaurant but something more authentic and traditional. If you're looking for fancy luxury hotel, this isn't the place for you. But if you want a comfortable stay, in a clean hotel with friendly staff, and in an area that is away from the chaos of too many tourists but still easy to get around from, at a great price, this is a wonderful choice. I would definitely stay here again.
