Grime and dirty

We unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again. Although the location was great, the hotel itself didn’t meet our expectations. The room consistently smelled like stale pee, and while walking in clean socks, they would almost instantly turn black from how much dirt and grime was on the carpet. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room itself needs to be improved.

Comfortable, dated property with great private beach on the bay. Good value. Rooms need updating. Convenient to Provincetown. Indoor pool is nice.

Hotel on PTown border has large rooms + bay beach

Our stay was very nice overall. We rented a bottom floor "efficiency" (meaning that it has a kitche, but you have to check out an hour earlier than normal, for some reason). The room was large and kitchen was great. My only complaint is that they called our room a "dune view" because it does not face towardthe ocean. Being on the bottom floor and facing away from the beach really provided us a "bush view" because our windows and deck in the back face bushes taller than us. It's possible that guests on a higher floor can actually see dunes. Perhaps you should call this a "bsh view" or "non-water view" room. It's also noteworthy that we were in a separate building across the street from main hotel, further from the beach but closer to the P-Town border. Overall, good but somewhat disappointed with the room and view, given the high cost.during mid-week.

The so called Dune view is in fact a wood view with the busy and noisy nr 6 main road behind. The room was not really clean. Service reaction to my two requests for lamp and mosquito door was good.

Blue Sea Motor Inn

The property is quiet and located right outside Provincetown, with a shuttle that runs every half hour into town. The front desk associate was kind and my check-in experience was a breeze. I had a dune view room, which was across the street from the main property but it was a perfect, quaint room with plenty of space and an a/c that worked maybe too well :) The towels were a little less than glamorous and I didn’t make use of the other amenities while I was there but overall, I would say the stay was very satisfactory for me.

Passé date!

Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas au rendez-vous. Surtout avec le taux de change. Dans la chambre, il y a un tapis douteux , la salle de bain est hors du temps, je n’avais jamais vu ça. Il n’y a pas de céramique au sol pour accompagner le bain brun et la toilette rose. Le fan est inexistant ou ne fonctionne pas. La seule place où il fait assez clair pour lire est la salle de bain. Pas de micro-ondes, un seul petit miroir dans la salle de bain. Pas de déjeuner inclus, pas de papier mouchoir……….finalement pas agréable. Je ne recommande pas et je ne reviendrais jamais ici.

Great ocean spot but the rooms need work.

Great view of the ocean, quick access to the water, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately that is all the good things I can say about the room I was in. My room door had holes and gaps wide enough around the frame for me to stick my fingers through. The room had ants, fly's and other random bugs that got in through the gaps of the door. The room ceiling had several stains. The bathtub has mold growing around the caulk. Oh and I was able to help a person who locked themselves out of their room by being able to push the locked door open. The person couldn't get help from the front desk because it was after 9pm and the front desk completely closes at 9pm. It didn't take much effort to push the locked door open so until the room doors are better secured, I would strongly advise that you keep your valuables in a locked car. I would actually come here again, but I would need to know that I have a better room than before and that the room has a secured locking door.

Check in was great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property and rooms are clean but dated. The private beach was a big plus but needed some cleaning of all the allege. The location of this property was awesome. I don't know what happened at check out, I left my key at the front desk like the woman told me to do that was working there well before the check out time. I get a call hours later telling me I need to check out immediately because they need the room for the next reservation, I was not happy about that. Over all our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Très chouette hôtel tout près de provincetown

Les chambres avec vue sur la mer ont vraiment une chouette vue. La piscine couverte avec jacuzzi est très bien, très grande, bien plus chaude que les piscines en exterieur. Le Shuttle gratuit qui s arrête devant l hôtel est super pratique pour aller a provincetown.
