It is a decent place to stay at. Biggest pro is the location. Right on the beach. Very close to ptown via uber or via shuttle (bus stop right across from the inn). The inn itself is very dated. The hot tub was fun.

This was our first trip to the Cape and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit of a walk, but still very close. The pool was a hit with our kids too. The Blue Sea Motor Inn is right on the bus line, so we were able to get free rides into Provincetown. We will definitely be back!

The staff was extremely helpful. We arrived early and the front desk was able to get us in the room early. Also we booked a third night on a separate reservation The front desk and housekeeping went out of their way to clean separate room early and get us into it. Our girls getaway was so nice and relaxing thanks to them. The property and rooms were very clean. The indoor pool was great.

Thank you Blue Seas for another great year! Between the clean room, being in the beach but most of all the staff. I accidentally only two rooms for one night and meant to book two rooms for two nights and when the staff let us know they came to our room with a great plan and were so polite doing it!

You get what you pay for. The stay was fine. Room was clean, but definitely worn and dingy. And watch out for the "Dune View" rooms. While their website makes it clear that these rooms are on a completely separate property from the motel, it doesn't jump out at you on the hotels.com site that this is the case. This makes the beach and pool amenities much less accessible without a decent walk or driving your car to the other parking lot. Staff seemed about as happy to be working there as I was to be staying. I will definitely roll the dice on different accommodations for next next cape trip.

The motel was on the beach as stated, but it was a moderately long walk down a boardwalk and then on the beach with all your beach gear. The beach was nice at low tide as there were tidal pools and shallow water for my granddaughter to play in. Our room was listed as"dune view" but the bushes were so overgrown on the porch that you could not see the dunes. It was evident that the owners had attempted some updates in the room with new paint and bright colored bedspread. It was nice having a kitchenette in the room so we could make breakfast and lunches. However, the refrigerator was not clean and neither was the microwave- both needed to be cleaned out before being used. The AC unit had mold on it. The indoor pool was clean and a nice feature, but no bathrooms present near the pool or at the resort closer to the beach for the public to use. We needed to go back to our room which was in a building across the street from the main motel in order to use a bathroom . Very inconvenient with a four year old. Close to P-town, but definitely need to take the shuttle there as there is very little parking so we did not spend any time there but had to eat dinner at a restaurant several miles south in Truro. I do not plan on staying at this resort again.
