The room was excellent. Comfortable beds. Quiet and warm as the weather outside was forecast snow.
Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was so good and the prices were very, very good. My son and I had a good sleep and a great breakfast the following morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff appeared disinterested. For example at breakfast no glasses, no mugs and no coffee. Chipped crockery. Observed a number of staff having a chat as far away as possible from the breakfast area. Only one member of staff appeared to be working. Staff were most animated when it was time to clear the breakfast area.

Easy location to find and plenty of free parking. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Staff super friendly but professional. Pub next door is great value and plenty of options. Easy to walk in Hedon centre and £10 gets you a taxi to Hull Centre. Absolutely amazing value!
